Are you a customer service agent with great interest in selling holiday dreams and providing excellent service? 

At Nazar Contact Center we focus on sales and world class service towards four Nordic countries. Our goal is to always deliver the little extra to our guests and offer personal service from the very first interaction with Nazar. Right now we are looking for new team members who speak and write fluent Finnish.

As a customer service agent at Nazar you will be part of our Contact Center where sales and customer service is executed through various channels as telephone, e-mail, chat, and social media. In this position your primary function is answering incoming calls where your task is to find and sell the perfect vacations according to the guests’ wishes and needs. You will also have administrative tasks.

You are responsible, thorough, and always deliver great results in time. You are used to working with computer and telephone as your main tools.

 

Your profile:

  • Fluent in Finnish - verbal and written 
  • Good verbal knowledge in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian 
  • Basic English skills
  • Computer skills

 

Preferred experience/knowledge:

  • Experience within tourism, service, or sales 
  • Basic understanding of other Nordic languages

The position is permanent full time. Scheduled hours are on weekdays, some evenings and weekends
